Bosch Oven's Shattered Glass and Disappointing Customer Service

Our Bosch oven's glass shattered for no apparent reason, so we called for service as soon as possible. They blamed it on the user's oversight. It is completely unacceptable for them to blame the user for something that did not happen during normal use, especially since they have provided no evidence to back up their claim. I will never buy a Bosch product again because it is indistinguishable from other brands. They did not stand behind their product, and it is clear that they no longer value their customers' happiness. I am extremely dissatisfied, not only with the product, but also with the after-sales customer service. I demand that you either repair the warranty for free or refund my money as soon as possible.

The return was made. It was said that a new glass would be installed, but after not receiving feedback for a long time, I called again and they told me that the service had come and replaced the glass. It sounds like a joke, but I indicated that such a situation was not the case. They said they corrected the mistake. Later, the issue returned to the beginning, and they said they initiated an investigation. The reason was that we cleaned up the glass that had fallen on the floor. I don't understand, should glass pieces have stayed on the floor in a frequently used place like the kitchen for a whole day? Would they have taken responsibility in case of a possible accident? I could never find it appropriate for a brand like Bosch to mock its customer in such a way.
