Bosch team that came to install the Bosch brand dishwasher that I bought online left without installing it because they stated that it is not allowed to install it under an electric oven. When I offered to sign a document stating that I would assume all the risk, the service and call center did not accept it. When I said "I will remove the oven and remove it", they did not accept it either. The call center did not make any suggestions such as taking the product back or anything else and stated that there was nothing they could do. Since the installation was not done, it is not under warranty either. Since the box was opened and taken away by the shipping company, I do not have a chance to return it, I paid a lot of money for a dishwasher that I cannot use! Before I bought this product, I had a dishwasher from another brand of the same group, there was no such warning or rule when installing it. I said let me buy a product from the same group for a machine that broke down in the same place, I was penalized for customer loyalty!! I am complaining because Bosch did not clearly state a warning in the promotion of its products, saying "We recommend that you do not purchase our product if you are going to install it under the oven."
