Bosch Oven's Shattered Glass and Disappointing Customer Service
Our Bosch oven's glass shattered for no apparent reason, so we called for service as soon as possible. They blamed it on... the user's oversight. It is completely unacceptable for them to blame the user for something that did not happen during normal use, especially since they have provided no evidence
