Bosch HBJ558YS0T Oven Came Damaged And They Still Haven't Changed It
we bought a bosh brand oven, when the oven was delivered to us, there was a small scratch and damage on it. so we don't have to go without an oven any more, we accepted the product but When the bosh service came for the assembly, they said that the axis of the product was bent and the cover was bent. Officials kept a report and said that a new one would be sent. No action has been taken for 8 days. Even though we paid for it, we cannot use the brand-new empty oven that we bought.
