Bosch Food Processor Unresolved Issues with Authorized Service & Product Warranty
We recently bought a Bosch ErgoMix food processor from Diyarbakır Ninova Mall. We've only used it three times up to now. While we were chopping onions and parsley, the knife apparatus inside the container got stuck. Even though we tried our best to remove the knife from the appliance without causing any damage, we were unable to succeed. Concerned about the warranty of the product, we quickly reached out to the authorized service at the Bosch store in Ninova AVM. We explained the situation and asked about any possible production defects or similar problems. Regrettably, the representative we spoke with at the authorized service center appeared to be unfamiliar with the concept of product warranty and did not understand the potential for product errors. Instead of taking our suggestions into consideration, he frustratingly recommended purchasing a new device for a fee. We made several attempts to clarify the concept of product warranty, but he insisted on personally inspecting the product. We followed his instructions and brought the product to the authorized service center located at Diyarbakır Selahaddin Eyyubi Boulevard No: 38. Unfortunately, it seemed that this service center had a greater focus on a few other brands rather than Bosch, much to our disappointment. When we described the situation to the officials, they made offensive remarks, implying that we had inserted something solid into the product, as if we were placing stones inside. In addition, they brought the product to a room that didn't look like a repair shop. As expected, this room appeared to be without any visible cameras, confirming our suspicions. They quickly returned the product, alleging that the blade had become bent as a result of our actions. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of understanding and support we received from both the authorized service and the customer service representative. As consumers, we have certain expectations for how our concerns should be addressed, including a higher level of professionalism and respect. We believe that we have been treated unfairly and are hopeful for a fair resolution to this issue. We bought this product with confidence in the reputation of the Bosch brand, and we expect the warranty to protect us against any defects or malfunctions that occur during normal usage.

We were also slandered by the customer representative. The perception of "Bosch quality" created in society for advertising purposes should definitely not be believed. Shame on them.
