Bosch Sold Me a Faulty HIF534EW3T Oven That Does Not Cook Properly at All

About a month ago, we purchased the Bosch Built-in Oven model HIF534EW3T. We didn’t use it for about a month as our home was being renovated. When we used it for the first time, we followed all the instructions in the user manual and tried baking baklava. However, it didn’t cook the bottom at all. We tried baking another tray of baklava, and again, the bottom didn’t cook. Next, we attempted to bake pastry according to the manual, but once again, the bottom remained completely uncooked. The following day, we baked some pastries, carefully following the instructions, yet the oven failed to cook the inside and bottom properly. We called the Bosch dealer we bought it from—Demirhan Bosch in Bursa Beşevler—and the representative accidentally admitted that a relative had experienced the same issue, yet sold the product to us anyway. They said they couldn’t help and directed us to the service center. We scheduled a service appointment, but when the technician arrived, he didn’t even enter the house and said there would be a ₺750 service charge. He didn’t listen to us at all and kept repeating that we should follow the user manual, even after we explained multiple times that the oven wasn’t cooking properly. When we reminded him that we were told we could cook three different dishes at once, he said that wasn’t true. Even when we explained that two trays of the same food weren’t cooking properly, he just kept repeating the same line about the manual. The technician even suggested using the oven outside of standard use, then ignored us and left without resolving anything. We’ve been completely left in the dark with no support. We can't do anything, and there's no one taking responsibility. We chose Bosch because it’s a global brand known for its quality, but now the oven is just sitting in our kitchen as decoration. No one is helping us. The service network is poor, and the technician even admitted that they receive frequent complaints. I am a person with a disability, and he didn’t even listen to me. We’ve lost both our peace and our excitement.

They contacted us from the headquarters and informed us that they would help. A technician reached out to us regarding the issue and ran the dishwasher in test mode for about an hour. Our complaint was that the detergent smell in the dishwasher never went away and there was a dent on the lid. When we opened the packaging, we encountered a dent on the lid. The technician said that the technician who came during the installation should have removed the packaging. Then, when he opened the dishwasher door, he asked us if this was the smell, and we confirmed it. He also said that the smell did not go away. About two days later, they called us again from the regional office and said there was no problem with the machine. I explained the situation to the person who called, as I described above, and reiterated that the smell did not go away and that their own technician confirmed this. However, the technician did not document the situation in any way. Despite insisting on the situation to the person who called, they mockingly said to change our detergent. We tried this with different detergents, and we especially did not want to use another detergent because Bosch recommends Finish. We feared that if we encountered another problem later, they would show us the Finish label on the lid and say that it was because we used a different detergent and that it was not covered under warranty. They always try to find user errors and never do anything about the product. All their services work this way. Almost all the technicians who come are aware of this and do not solve your problem in any way. It's as if they are saying, 'You've bought it, now we don't know how you'll deal with it, solve your problem yourself.' From the sale to the technical service, no one from the regional office cares at all.
