Bosch Kitchen Robot Refund Issue

I recently purchased Bosch's latest kitchen robot from their store, but the experience has been far from perfect. Food remnants are consistently trapped inside the grating function. Not only does it fail to perform its intended function, but water seeps into the slicer's handle from underneath during cleaning, making it difficult to dry with a hairdryer. It's nearly impossible to clean, so leaving it to air dry isn't an option. To make matters worse, the slicer's base attachment remains fixed, trapping food debris beneath and serving as a breeding ground for bacteria, with no viable way to clean it. Despite my request for a return, Bosch's technical support has been unresponsive, appearing to be doing everything possible to avoid a refund. If the problem persists, I will have no choice but to refer it to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
