Bosch Failed To Repair The Refrigerator

In my life, I've never encountered a company that so easily employs lies. They consistently fall short of their promises. Despite my payment, they will not send me the invoice for the purchased appliance. Gradually, the question arises: "Did I receive a refurbished second-hand product, hence my reluctance to issue an invoice?" I contacted customer service several times, each time being assured that the invoice would be sent after consulting with their accounting department. All of their assurances, however, proved to be false. Please send me my invoice so that our business relationship can come to an end; I no longer want to mention your name. This experience has left me disappointed and skeptical of their products and services' authenticity.
