Bosch Upright Vacuum Cleaner Came With Scratches On the Nozzle

got me a Bosch upright vacuum from Van Media Markt when we finally got around to installing it two days later, we were like, there were deep scratches on the nozzle!" Just, whined about it and got it swapped out. the replacement product was not the same as the original one. though we told the people in charge,  they showed no interest,  so, we made a video showing that the product doesn't work when it's charging. But the service guys are saying we're lying and that there's no problem with the product. No need to lose face, either g,ve me a replacement or my money back. We were hoping that the replacement would be perfect, but it looks like there are still some issues with it. That's not cool that the authorized service is blowing off our legit concerns and calling us liars. We've got solid proof that the product is messed up, get this sorted out, you owe me that!
