Outstanding Issues with Bosch Products
I've been trying to explain the problems with your defective product for years, but you haven't resolved them. To make matters worse, you initially requested a receipt to prove the cost of the ripped items before refusing to refund the amount. You claimed you couldn't process the refund after I provided the receipt. You offered me the same washing machine as a replacement, but I declined because I had previously experienced the same problems. You suggested another product, but I refused to pay more money for it. Despite years of unresolved issues, you then stated that you would replace my dishwasher if it failed again, to which I agreed. However, when I called yesterday to address the problem with my dishwasher, you now claim you can't do anything about it. Several service visits to my home have been ineffective. Please take action to address these issues, and let's work together to find a solution. It's infuriating to keep dealing with problems that you should be able to solve. Examine your records; did you promise to replace the dishwasher if it broke down again? Didn't I say I wouldn't accept service if problems arose? Don't blame the customer for your mistakes; instead, respond quickly rather than leaving us hanging.
