Bosch Appliance Service Complaint

I found it unacceptable that there are no service records for my appliance, especially coming from a corporate company. When I contacted customer service, they stated that there were no receipts available. "What do you mean, none?" I inquired. It seems that even after using the device for five months and reaching out for service seven times, no receipt was issued as the service was considered complimentary. This practice is unprecedented globally. Fortunately, I have phone and message records. I plan to escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board and seek guidance from an expert. I prefer not to refer to Bosch as a brand anymore. I plan to spread my experiences far and wide to keep others informed.
