Unauthorized Charge by Booking.com: No Refund and No Customer Service

On 02.05, Booking.com charged my credit card for 17.859,56TL without my consent or approval. I did not give them such a request, I did not make any reservation for this fee, and they did not provide any details.  The transaction was made without any password protection. But shouldn't such a large purchase be done with a password, with verification, how is this a secure site then?  I am unable to reach anyone for a refund. I could only file a dispute claim with my bank. I demand that Booking.com refund the unauthorized charge immediately, after all, they are one side of the story, shouldn't they be as concerned as I am?

Yapı Kredi still hasn't resolved it. There is neither a password nor approval, but I'm still waiting...
