Troy Card Didn’t Work in Amsterdam – Couldn’t Pay or Book Hotels
While in Amsterdam, Netherlands, I tried to use my Troy card for purchases, but it did not work, even though my card was enabled for international transactions. Worse, it also failed when I tried to book a hotel on Booking.com.
This caused a major inconvenience during my trip. If I hadn’t brought another bank’s credit card, I would have been completely stranded! A payment card should not put customers in such a situation, especially when it is supposed to work internationally.
I demand an immediate explanation and a solution to ensure this does not happen again. Please resolve this issue so that Troy card users are not left helpless while traveling abroad.
