Request To Cancel My Booking.com Enterprise Car Rental
I made a reservation for an SUV with Enterprise through Booking.com for pickup on 6 July in Auburn, United States. My reservation number is 8545251352, and the total booking amount is USD 584. On 2 July, I attempted to cancel the reservation within the applicable free‑cancellation period. However, every time I tried to cancel through the Booking.com system, I received a technical error message and the cancellation could not be completed. I made several attempts, but the same system error kept appearing and the process never went through. Because the failure to cancel the reservation was entirely due to a technical problem on Booking.com’s side and not to any delay or omission on my part, I request that this reservation be cancelled in full, that no cancellation fees or other charges be applied, and that the total amount of USD 584 be fully refunded. I kindly ask you to process this cancellation as soon as possible and provide written confirmation that the reservation has been cancelled, that no cancellation or other fees will be charged, and that a full refund of USD 584 has been issued.
