Need Help Canceling My Booking.com Enterprise Car Rental

I had made a car rental reservation for an SUV with Enterprise through Booking.com for the dates 20–21 June, to be picked up in Auburn, United States. My reservation number is 738127874 and the total amount of the booking is 500 USD. When I attempted to cancel this reservation on 21 June, the process repeatedly failed due to a persistent technical error on the service side. Despite several attempts, I was unable to complete the cancellation myself because the system did not function properly. Since this situation arose entirely due to a technical problem and not any fault on my part, I kindly request that this reservation be fully cancelled without any charges. I also ask that my cancellation be processed as soon as possible and that the full cancellation and absence of any fees be confirmed to me in writing.
