Request To Cancel My Booking.com Enterprise Car Rental

I had made a car rental reservation for an SUV with Enterprise for the dates 6–7 June through Booking.com. My reservation number is 738124334. When I tried to cancel this reservation, the process repeatedly failed due to a persistent technical error, and I was therefore unable to complete the cancellation myself. Because this situation is entirely due to a technical problem on the service side and not my fault, I request that this reservation be fully cancelled without any charges. I also kindly ask that my cancellation be processed and confirmed in writing as soon as possible.
