Booking.com Car Rental: Request To Cancel My Enterprise Reservation

I had made a car rental reservation for an SUV with Enterprise through Booking.com for the dates 21–22 June, under the reservation number 7381874112. However, when I attempted to cancel this reservation on 22 June, the process repeatedly failed due to a persistent technical error on the system, and I was therefore unable to complete the cancellation myself. Since this situation arose entirely because of a technical problem on the service side and not due to any fault or negligence on my part, I request that this reservation be fully cancelled without any charges being applied to me. I also kindly ask that my cancellation be processed and confirmed to me in writing as soon as possible.
