My Booking.com account (email: g************@gmail.com**) was suddenly deactivated today with the message: “Account not active – This account has been disabled for security reasons.”
I currently have an active, prepaid reservation in Baku from October 18–20, 2025, under Reservation No: 4319484233, and I urgently need access to my account to manage this booking.
I contacted Booking.com customer service, but no solution was provided and no one has followed up regarding the issue. My account has never been suspended before, and no one else has access to it.
I request that my account be reactivated immediately and that this issue be resolved without delay, as my upcoming trip is only a few days away. This situation has caused significant stress and inconvenience.
