I Was Charged €235 Without Permission by Booking.com and Can’t Reach Real Support

Booking.com charged me €235 without my authorization, and I’ve been unable to reach any real customer support since then. The website proudly claims you can contact them 24/7, offering links to the Help Center and “Need Help?” pages—but these all lead you in circles with no actual resolution. There’s no way to speak with a real human, and every “solution” just brings you back to the start.

I tried calling the phone number listed on Google (an 888 number), but it was invalid or unreachable. At this point, I’m extremely frustrated—not just with the unauthorized charge, but with how impossible it is to reach anyone to fix it.

I demand an immediate refund of the €235 that was taken from my account without my approval and a direct way to reach real support. Booking.com must be held accountable for this level of negligence and lack of transparency.
