I Face Hygiene Issues and Refund Refusal at Mir-Amor Hotel Kemer Antalya




On August 12, I checked into Mir-Amor Hotel in Kemer, Antalya with an all-inclusive package, staying in room 1402. I am still at the hotel as I write this. For a 4-night stay, I paid over ₺32,000, expecting a quality service. Instead, what I have experienced is far below acceptable standards, and the conditions do not match the price I paid.
At the beachside dining area, there is only a single bowl of salt where every guest dips their hands—no individual salt shakers are provided. I found cooked flies and hairs in the meals, while plates were greasy and looked as if they had not been properly washed. In the restaurant, waiters casually eat bread from the serving trays while chatting with each other, ignoring hygiene rules. The overall atmosphere is careless and unprofessional.
The pool showers are mostly broken, with only one functioning. The toilets are consistently dirty and unhygienic. I documented all of these issues with photos as proof. We contacted Booking.com, and they told us hotel management would reach out, but nobody has ever called or tried to resolve our complaints.
Since we are checking out tomorrow, I demand that at least part of the ₺32,000 I paid be refunded due to the unacceptable service and poor hygiene standards. I expect Booking.com and the hotel to take responsibility immediately.
