What I discovered was a rather disappointing establishment with only 8 rooms. It was simply a fancy bed and breakfast. I reached out to Booking.com for assistance, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide any clarity or assistance. a company as reputable as Booking.com would include a place like this in their list of 5-star hotels. This is clearly a scam! I've filed a complaint with the Turkish Tourism Board, but I don't have high expectations. This completely spoiled my entire vacation. Picture yourself stranded in Kemer, enduring scorching 45-degree heat, with no suitable accommodations available. This is highly disappointing.
