Booking.com Antalya Kemer Royal Beach Hotel Misleading Information

I booked a stay at the Royal Beach Hotel in Kemer, advertised as a 5-star hotel with 60 rooms on Booking.com. However, upon arrival, it was evident that the place was more like a run-down 8-room guesthouse. The conditions were far from acceptable—dirty and poorly maintained. We found ourselves stranded in 45°C heat, with our holiday ruined. I've already reported this to the Ministry of Tourism. It’s shocking that such a place is allowed to operate under the guise of a 5-star hotel. It’s appalling that the Ministry of Tourism does not shut down or revoke the license of such establishments.
