I Booked Breakfast for 3 at M Hotel Makkah on Booking.com but Only 1 Got It

In March, I traveled to Mecca for Umrah and booked a stay at M Hotel Makkah by Millennium through Booking.com for three adults, including breakfast. On the first night, we missed sahur, but the next morning when we went to the restaurant for breakfast, we were shocked to hear that only the person who made the reservation was entitled to breakfast. The other two had to pay extra. We explained that three of us stayed, paid for three people, and that breakfast was included for all, but no one helped us.
We even asked to speak with the manager, who simply said this was because we booked through Booking.com. After this unfair treatment, we didn’t eat anything at the hotel and just stayed in the room. If breakfast wasn’t included for all guests, we should have been allowed to book only the room. I’ve used Booking.com in Turkey and France without any issues, so this experience and their silence afterward are very disappointing. We filed complaints upon returning, but got no response. This left us extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. Booking.com and the hotel must fix this immediately.
