Charged $2,290 Instead of $1,623 on Booking.com — No Resolution From Hotel or Support

On November 8, 2025, I booked a stay through Booking.com at a property called “Your Perfect Stay Luxury Serviced Apartments London.” During the reservation process, the discounted price was listed as $1,623. However, after completing the booking, my credit card was charged $2,290, and I was billed the full price instead of the discounted rate.

I contacted both Booking.com customer service and the hotel regarding this issue. Booking.com told me to speak with the hotel, while the hotel stated that this was an error on Booking.com's side. Throughout this entire process, no solution has been provided.

My reservation number is 5495****68, and the payment was made by credit card. I am requesting a refund of the overcharged amount.
