Unauthorized Booking.com Charge on My Credit Card – Need Refund

Hello, a reservation was made on Booking.com using my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I did not make this booking, yet I was wrongfully charged €612.07 on February 8, 2025, from my card ending in 0652.
I immediately requested a cancellation and refund, but so far, I have received no help. Booking.com is trying to force me to pay for a transaction I did not authorize.
I expect urgent assistance on this matter. Booking.com, you need to refund my money immediately and improve your security measures to prevent unauthorized transactions! I demand a prompt resolution before I escalate this further.
