Booking.com's Misleading Reviews Led Me to a Terrible Hotel Experience

I feel utterly humiliated—especially after reading the positive reviews and seeing the fancy photos on Booking.com that don't match reality at all! I can't even put into words the situation I experienced. My conclusion: If you value your money, boycott this hotel. Examples? The bathroom was in such a state it could be described as a ruin. There was no hot water available, and the sinks emitted a terrible odor. Noise was pervasive in every detail, making restful nights unfortunately impossible.
The only positive aspect was the staff, who go the extra mile every day to provide comfort, despite working far below their capabilities. I believe the staff deserve more appreciation and thanks. They work under difficult and inhumane conditions. The money only goes to the owner and their well-being. Booking.com, please take responsibility and ensure that the listings on your site accurately reflect the true conditions of the accommodations. This experience was unacceptable, and I urge you to address these issues promptly.
