Booking.com Ticket Cancellation, Need Refund

I booked a one-way Qatar Airways ticket from Mumbai to Vancouver through Booking.com, with the booking reference number 40-818156021. The flight was scheduled for 8 March, and I received an email from Qatar Airways on 2 March stating that my ticket had been cancelled. Since then I have been trying to reach Booking.com regarding my refund but I have not been able to get any proper response from your side. Despite my attempts to contact both your customer service and support channels, I have received no reply and my refund has still not been processed. This situation has caused me serious inconvenience, as I paid for a ticket that I was unable to use due to the airline’s cancellation. I request that Booking.com urgently process a full refund of the ticket amount to my original payment method and provide clear written confirmation that the refund has been issued.
