I’m deeply frustrated with Booking.com after falling victim to a scam involving fake hotel reservations and reviews. At first, I didn’t realize what was happening and ended up losing over ₺6000. There was no actual reservation, but it appeared as though one existed, and they took my money anyway. The reviews and star ratings on the site are clearly fake, which misled me into trusting them. Although I doubt I’ll get my money back, I want to warn others not to trust this site and fall into the same trap. Booking.com needs to address this issue and take action to prevent more people from being scammed like I was!
