Booking.com Reservation Error Unresolved
I made a reservation through Booking.com and paid directly with my card. Now they're telling me there was an error, and I either have to accept cancellation or pay an additional ₺66 per night. How is this fair? If the hotel entered the wrong price, why should I be penalized? It's their problem, not mine. I want this issue resolved, but customer service has rejected my requests.
