Booking.com Refund Still Missing After Free Cancellation at Hotel France Eiffel Paris

I made a hotel reservation through Booking.com at Hotel France Eiffel in Paris for October 7–10, 2025. Unfortunately, due to the passing of my father-in-law, I had to cancel my booking on October 1, well before the free cancellation deadline. Despite this, as of October 11, my refund of €663.30 has still not been credited to my account. I paid online by credit card at the time of booking.
I have tried contacting the hotel multiple times through messages, but I have not received any response. I also reached out to Booking.com customer service, yet no one has replied there either. I still have written confirmation proving my right to free cancellation, as shown in the Booking.com system.
My confirmation number is 5023****37, and my PIN code is 4061. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my €663.30 payment be refunded immediately.
