Booking.com Misleading Room Types and Hidden View Fees - Demand Refund

I booked a Superior Room at Seven Hills Palace Istanbul through Booking.com from 17/09/2025 to 22/09/2025. The room was in a building without a lift, and my wife could not climb so many stairs to reach it. We were then given a ground-floor room with no view, no sky, just like a prison cell. In Antalya, at the airport, the driver did not arrive on time, and the phone number provided to contact him was not even a Turkish number. At Hotel Sealife Family Resort, there was another problem. We booked a standard double room, but there was no option to choose what kind of view the room had. Once again, we were given a room facing a nearby building, which was very depressing. At the reception, they offered us a “land view” room for an additional €20 per night. Why does your booking system not provide a view option? In fact, I don’t even know which room type I originally paid for. We already paid AU$3668, plus an extra AU$248 per night for the upgrade. This whole experience with the room views was misleading and disappointing.
