I am writing regarding my stay with Ser William Raid Malta in Gzira, booked through Booking.com, between 20 February and 23 March 2026. The accommodation I received was not as described in my reservation on Booking.com. In the reservation on Booking.com, a living room and a dishwasher were included in the description and were part of my decision to book this place for a long stay. However, when I arrived, there was no living room and no dishwasher in the accommodation. This was clearly different from what was promised at the time of booking. I also wish to address this remark directly to Aaron Xuereb, Director of Buena Vista Property, as I hold the property management responsible for ensuring that the information on Booking.com reflects the real conditions of the accommodation. I sent an e‑mail about this situation, but I could not find the correct address to reach the company and therefore my complaint has not been handled. I am disappointed that the actual accommodation did not match the conditions I reserved through Booking.com. I request that this issue be reviewed and that I receive appropriate compensation for the missing living room and dishwasher that were included in the original reservation description on Booking.com.
