Booking.com Ignored My Complaint About Unsafe Executive Class Taxi Service

The taxi for the executive class (booking # 64109715) was booked via booking.com. The platform partner provided very old van in bad technical condition which did not look safe at all. The booking.com customer service reached out to report this incident. Booking.com employee M*** recorded an incident and reached out to the partner who confirmed that this is completely OK and by the executive class standards. When Booking.com employee was asked to clarify Booking.com standards and find out the age of the assigned vehicle she kept saying in several e-mails that she did not have this information and the partner confirmed full compliance with standards. Although all I want is for the partner to be warned that such incidents are unacceptable, no proper support can be received from Booking.com and it looks like they do not care about the services they partners render. Nothing is done to ensure that these incidents do not happen again.
No feedback from Booking.com as of today. They simply do not care.
