My Roblox Account "tor129v" Was Stolen in 2024 and I Still Can't Get It Back

My Roblox account under the username "tor129v" was stolen sometime in 2024, and I am currently forced to play on a different account. I have no way of accessing my old account.
I had been using this account for a long time and spent approximately $11 on in-game purchases. After my account was stolen, I was not able to contact Roblox support right away — but I now want to formally request help recovering my account and the purchases associated with it.
I am asking the Roblox team to thoroughly review the account under the username "tor129v," restore it to me if at all possible, reinstate my access, and ensure that my purchases are preserved.
