Epic Games Charged My Credit Card $189 and $247 Without My Knowledge
On May 12, 2026, at around 10:44 PM, two suspicious transactions were made on my QNB Finansbank credit card through Epic Games without my knowledge or consent. One charge was for $189 and the other for $247 — both substantial amounts. Since these purchases were made entirely without my authorization, I immediately canceled my card.
I called QNB Finansbank customer service right away, reported the situation, and had a dispute formally registered. I was told the process could take several weeks. Having my card information used without my permission and seeing such large amounts withdrawn from my account has caused me serious harm.
I am requesting that both unauthorized and suspicious transactions be canceled, that the full combined amount be refunded to my card without exception, and that I receive clear written communication about the status of this process.
