Epic Games Drained Nearly $435 From My Credit Card in 4 Unauthorized Transactions at Midnight

Between midnight and 12:05 AM on the night of the 20th going into the 21st, four unauthorized transactions totaling nearly $435 were made on my VakıfBank credit card through Epic Games — completely without my knowledge or consent. Despite having no Epic Games account whatsoever, my card was charged approximately $87, $87, $130, and $130 in four separate transactions.
The moment the charges appeared, I called VakıfBank immediately — phone still in hand — and reported the situation. I was told that an investigation into my card would be initiated. What makes this even more alarming is that I never received a single SMS, push notification, or email about any of these transactions as they were happening. I was also unable to find contact information for Epic Games directly, so I have not been able to reach the company.
I am requesting that all four of these unauthorized transactions be canceled and that the full amount charged to my card be refunded. I am also asking that a thorough investigation be conducted into how these transactions occurred and that the findings be clearly communicated to me, along with confirmation that the necessary security measures have been put in place to prevent something like this from happening again.
