I purchased a Saudi Arabian Airlines flight ticket from Dubai to Tunis via Booking.com on 21 March 2026 for a total of AED 1,762.26, under reservation number 74EDF7. The flight, scheduled for 24 May, was cancelled by the airline, but I still have not received my refund. After the cancellation, I contacted Saudi Arabian Airlines by phone and was clearly informed that I needed to follow up with Booking.com for the refund. I then called Booking.com customer service, and they told me that I would receive the refund to my card within a week. Despite this clear commitment, more than a week has passed and no refund has been made to my account. I also received emails from both Booking.com and the airline stating that the refund was requested and that the airline was confirming the refund amount. The last update I received was on Thursday, 9 April at 17:36 (UTC+4), and since then more than one month has passed without any further information, progress, or payment. I find it unacceptable that a ticket cancelled by the airline and a refund process initiated long ago has still not been finalised, despite the deadline given to me by Booking.com. I request that my refund for the cancelled Dubai–Tunis flight be processed and returned to my card as soon as possible, and that I be informed in writing of the completion of this process without any further delay.
