Booking.com Fails to Address Unauthorized Car Damage Charge Despite Police Report




I just rented a car through Booking.com for pickup in Barcelona, Spain. When I got the car that night, it was vandalized. Even with a police report as evidence, the rental company still insisted on charging me a 300 euro damage fee. I was told that Booking.com will take care of the refund.
Over the past 10 days, I've made multiple attempts to get in touch with Booking.com in order to address this matter. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in contacting a representative and have not received any help. I have tried multiple times to find a solution, but I haven't had any luck.
