Booking.com Chicago Hotel Dirty Room And Broken AC Complaint
Booking.com, associated with reservation number 1-855-503-1446. I made a reservation through Booking.com for a 3-night stay at Katahai Hotel in Chicago, with check-in starting from 2 June 2026. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the conditions of the room were unacceptable. The room was dirty and the air conditioning was broken, which made the stay very uncomfortable. After noticing these problems, I tried to contact both the hotel and Booking.com customer service to report the dirty room and the broken air conditioning. Despite this, I did not receive any response or assistance from either the hotel or Booking.com. Because the service I received was far below what was advertised and expected, and I was left without support despite reporting the issues, I kindly request a full refund for this reservation made through Booking.com, associated with reservation number 1-855-503-1446.
