Booking.com Charged Me Twice for One Apartment Reservation in Annecy

I booked an apartment in Annecy, France through Booking.com. I have one reservation and one reservation code—it’s clearly a single booking. However, my bank account was charged twice for the exact same amount. There is no duplicate reservation in my account, no explanation—just two separate charges for one stay.
I tried reaching out to Booking.com, but there’s no working phone number I can actually speak to someone through. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed both transactions went through but told me that Booking.com needs to resolve the issue.
This is completely unacceptable. I demand that the duplicate charge be refunded immediately. I’m giving Booking.com 24 hours to fix this before I escalate it further. You can’t just take double the money for one booking and disappear.
