Booking.com Charged £615.24 But Never Sent My Flight Confirmation

I booked flight tickets through Booking.com using my Zable Mastercard for travel from London to Ahmedabad departing on 9 May 2026, with the return on 18 May 2026. The total amount of £615.24 was charged to my card, however I did not receive any booking confirmation, itinerary, or PNR details by email or SMS. I have an e-ticket number for this journey: 1579261087736. According to this, the outbound flight appears to be with Qatar Airways and the return flight with Air India. Despite the successful payment, I still have no proper confirmation from Booking.com and no clear visibility of my booking status. I request that Booking.com urgently check and confirm my reservation, send me the full itinerary together with the booking reference/PNR, and confirm that both the Qatar Airways outbound and Air India return flights are correctly ticketed and valid. In addition, due to the stress and uncertainty caused despite full payment being taken, I also request an appropriate credit as compensation for the inconvenience. I expect a prompt written response and resolution so that I can travel on these dates without further concern.
