Booking Reservation Misled Me About Private Bathroom Feature

On December 7, 2024, I made a reservation through Booking.com, explicitly selecting a room option with a private bathroom. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I discovered that the bathroom was located outside the room, contrary to what the photos and description had indicated.
I immediately contacted Booking.com customer service, only to be told that the reservation was handled through a third-party company and they could not assist me. This response is unacceptable. There was no warning about this arrangement during the booking process, and I relied on Booking.com’s reputation to make a secure reservation.
Who is this third-party company, and why was I not informed earlier? If Booking.com won’t address my concerns, why should I trust the platform for future reservations? I expect Booking.com to take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly, ensuring my trust as a customer is restored.
