I made a reservation through Booking.com for Ace Hotel New York in New York, with a check‑in date of 28 June. During the booking process, I selected a normal standard room, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was given a different room type than the one I had reserved. I informed the hotel/Booking.com about the fact that I had been given the wrong room type and requested that the issue be resolved, but I did not receive any response. This situation caused disappointment as I did not receive the room I booked and paid for. I request a refund for this reservation due to being provided with the wrong room type and not receiving any response when I reported the problem.
