BMW i5 xDrive 2024 Model Has Multiple Issues in Just 4 Months

I purchased a 2024 BMW i5 xDrive just four months ago, and it’s already having serious issues. First, I was told the left joint needs to be replaced, but no explanation was provided. Four days ago, the trunk lock stopped working, and I was informed the part isn’t available and has to be ordered from Germany.

Today, I encountered another problem: the charging port cover wouldn’t open. I had to force it open, and now I’m temporarily taping it shut until the replacement part arrives—again, from abroad.

Why doesn’t BMW keep spare parts available in Turkey? Customers shouldn’t have to deal with such delays and inconvenience. I’m losing trust in the car and the brand. BMW must address these issues immediately and improve their support for local customers.
