BMW Has Not Returned My 2024 X3 for Over 45 Days Due to a Simple Part Delay

On April 3, 2025, a repair decision was made for my BMW vehicle, and I delivered it to the authorized service center. However, my car still hasn’t been returned due to a delay in obtaining a simple part, and I’ve been informed that it won’t be delivered for some time. It’s truly disappointing that a 2024 model BMW X3 cannot be returned because of a basic plastic component. What takes 15–20 days with similar companies has turned into a nightmare with BMW. As of May 28, even though the 45 business-day period has passed, no one has contacted me about the replacement vehicle I am entitled to. Despite being a loyal BMW customer for years, the ongoing communication issues and problems under the name of “corporate structure” no longer feel genuine. The phrase “BMW isn’t what it used to be” has now become deeply etched in my mind. I genuinely don’t understand the point of a customer relations department if I’m constantly being asked to call the 0850 support line for every issue. This approach seriously damages the brand’s reputation. I just hope someone from the call center finally responds. The whole situation has been deeply upsetting.
