My 2022 model BMW iX experienced a steering system error. When I took it to Gaziantep Erenler Automotive, they initially mentioned a software issue, requiring a day for resolution. The next day, they informed me that the steering box needed replacement. As of October 18, 2023, the required part is still not visible in Turkey and Germany's stock, and there is uncertainty about the duration of part procurement. Despite being under warranty and backed by BMW's advanced technology and Borusan Automotive assurance, I find myself in this unfortunate situation. I request a prompt resolution of my grievance.
