BMW Sold Me a Defective 2024 F800GS Motorcycle and Has Not Resolved Paint Issues
BMW Motorcycle Turkey is selling broken goods and not honouring warranties by ignoring flaws that are easy to see. I bought a 2024 F800GS BMW Motorcycle, and it has had problems with spots and peeling paint ever since. These problems have not been fixed. The motorbike hasn't had any ppf coating, washing treatments or polish put on it. I would definitely own up to it if I had. I also have clear proof from my action camera, which caught these problems when the package was delivered. I do not know what other proof I need to give. I had high hopes for BMW, and having to deal with this problem over and over again has been very stressful. I expect that these problems be fixed right away and correctly.
