BMW G20 320i Edition M Sport Pro A/C Failure

In August 2023, I purchased a BMW G20 with the model code 320i Edition M Sport Pro from Borusan in İstinye. However, in the following months, around September, we discovered a problem with the air conditioning system. The right side was not blowing cold air, therefore it was concluded that the air conditioner was malfunctioning. Experiencing such a stressful scenario in a new automobile grieved me greatly, especially when I learned that repairing it would necessitate disassembling the entire console and replacing the motor on the right side. They anticipated it would take roughly a month owing to procedures such as part procurement and inspection, and it was covered by warranty. Nonetheless, it is uncomfortable to meet such a problem. The prospect of disassembling the console of a brand-new automobile disturbs me considerably. I demand restitution for this inconvenience and request that the appropriate parties contact me to rectify the situation.
