I Regret Buying the BMW 520i G60 Due to Starter Motor Failure and Poor Service

The most disappointing issue! BMW has been my one true love since childhood, and I've been driving various BMW models for over ten years. Unfortunately, 2025 has turned into a nightmare for me due to the new BMW 520i model and its service in Turkey. I just bought the new G60 and immediately faced a starter motor failure. The dealer initially said the part would be replaced and the car returned within 2–3 weeks, but it’s already been over three weeks with no updates. When I called, the dealer Borusan told me, “Maybe by the end of May.” That’s outrageous. What kind of business and ethics is this? Never BMW again!
