The most disappointing issue! BMW has been my one true love since childhood, and I've been driving various BMW models for over ten years. The dealer initially said the part would be replaced and the car returned within 2–3 weeks, but it’s already been over three weeks with no updates. When I called, the dealer Borusan told me, “Maybe by the end of May.” That’s outrageous. What kind of business and ethics is this? Never BMW again!
