I apologize for taking your time, but I've reached out because I haven't found a solution yet. I own a 2022 BMW 3.20 50th Anniversary M Package, which is still under warranty. The stitching on the steering wheel has loosened, and the outer cover has worn out. I reported the issue to Gaziantep Erenler Service. I want to thank my service advisor, Mr. Y***, who was very helpful. He reported the issue to Borusan's warranty department. When they responded, they said they would restitch the steering wheel, but the outer cover was not covered under warranty, claiming it was user-induced.

However, I insist that this is not a user-related issue. If needed, I can provide detailed photos. My father had a similar issue with his car, and his steering wheel was immediately replaced. BMW's lack of attention to customer satisfaction has genuinely disappointed me. I am seeking your valuable support in this matter. I would be very grateful for your assistance, as I strongly believe this issue is not user-related.

Hello, The last response I received from the service officials was that due to the high cost of the steering wheel, it cannot be replaced, and only an additional cover can be sewn onto the existing steering cover in a makeshift manner. If BMW finds this acceptable, I have nothing more to say. Clearly, customer satisfaction is not important to you at all. I hope you continue to steer people towards different brands in this manner. Rest assured that I will mention every detail of this excellent customer satisfaction experience I had with BMW in every setting I find myself in. Have a good day.
